-Spearheaded the integration of seven individual companies, including Life Counseling Services, Rehab After Work, Rehab After Work of Florida, The Light Program, and the Magnolia Creek Treatment Center for Eating Disorder.

-Championed financial operational improvement by providing strong leadership to achieve objectives.
-Captured $21 million in revenue growth, from $9 to $30 million, by directing business development initiatives, developing and implementing a strategic business plan, addressing leadership team changes, driving
business model improvement, and defining corporate vision.
-Developed and executed aggressive marketing plans to maximize company and service exposure, resulting in exponential growth, the open of new facilities, and expansion into new states.
-Achieved recognition for high performance and success, receiving Top 100 Workplaces two years running by the Philadelphia Inquirer.
